INVINCIBLE (1983 - 1990) anchor-handling tug, supply ship.
O.N. 389231. 499g. 172n. 64.42 x 13.81 x 4.701 metres.
Two, 16-cyl. 4 S.C.S.A. (250 x 300mm) Polar F316V vee type engines by Nohab Diesel Ab,Trollhattan, geared to twin controllable pitch propellers. 8,160bhp. 16kts. 106 tons bollard pull. Thwartship thrust controllable pitch propeller forward.
10.3.1983: Launched as BALDER AARSETH by Aker Vindholmen, Arendal, (Yard No.837) for K/S A/S Balder Supply and P. Augustsson, Norway.
2.7.1983: Completed as INVINCIBLE,for the Alexandra Marine Transportation Ltd.
1990: Sold to Sicilian Offshore Srl (Sciricariello Augustea Ship management SpA), Italy and renamed AUGUSTEA DIECI.
1994: Renamed JACOB DIECI,
1995: Renamed AUGUSTEA DEICI.
1998: Augusta Offshore SpA, Naples and renamed ASSO DEICI.
2006: Sold to Misr Gulf Shipping and Offshore Co, Alexandria, Egypt and renamed MISR GULF IX, under St. Vincent and The Grenadines flag.
11.2010: Still in service.
