BRANDON BAY

Post by Deepol » Wed May 03, 2017 7:48 am

She was built at Beverley in Yorkshire in 1968 for service I think at the Whiddy Island oil terminal in Ireland.
In the late 1970s/ early 1980s she was transferred to the Clyde along with sister BANTRY BAY under Cory Ship Towage (Clyde).
This shot shows her wearing the later Cory funnel colours incorporating the old Rea Towing Co.
