BAY - 241210: Standing by whilst MED FOS tows the FORESTER (qv) to approximately two miles off Algeciras. At the onset of the problem off Cape Trafalgar, SUCAR DOCE was sent to the scene. However, the initial assessment/ rescue was carried out by the two Spanish Coastguard Tugs.
