I have these details:
Built 1914 Scheepswerf en Machinefabriek 't Hondsbosch, Alkmaar.
15,59 x 3,76 x 1,45 m., 16 grt.
Comp. 2 cyl. 95 ihp.
1914 HERMINE, Etat Belge (Belgian State)
1919 (25/08) GERMAINE, O.van Assche, Gent
1929 (04/03) VOLHARDING III, O.de Graeve, Gent
1929 (03/07) GERMAINE, H.Verheyen, Gent
1938 (30/10) AGNES, C.Welvis, Gent
1941 (23/07) LEONTINE, P.F.de Gres, Antwerp
1942 (29/09) IL L'A, G.Roofthooft, Antwerp
1943 (19/10) ZEEBRUGGE, S.A.R.H.
1955 (04/10) sold for scrap.

Think the WILLEM III of D.S.M. (Dutch State Mines) was an other tug.
I agree things are somewhat complicated. I refer to page 307 of magazine 'De Sleepboot' nr 77 (October 1996) and to page 207 of magazine 'Sleep & Duwvaart' nr. 147 (June 2008).
Jaap.
