Launched by Alexander Stephen & Sons Glasgow, Yard No 533, on 25/4/1931 as the Motor Schooner Yacht Golden Hind for Commander Kitson, Loch Hourn. Fate not known

Engine by Gleniffer Engines Ltd., Glasgow
87.7 ft x 20 ft x 11 ft
1 screw, M4cyl oil 4SA (6 x 7in), 80bhp, giving 8.4 knots on trials

14/9/1940 requisitioned by the Admiralty for use as a Barrage Balloon Vessel. She was not commissioned.
January 1942 purchased
1942 recorded based at Methil
November 1944 Laid up
1946 sold
