I have a big family connection with Govan Shipyard.
I really like the pictures. Do you mind if I copy them for a book come album I'm putting together for my Brother as a surprise. He worked in Govan as an Electrician for 20 years.
Are there any copies of the book available anywhere.
Regards
Chris

I'd love any other if you have them.
Where were the books being sold?
Regards
Chris

Sometimes you were lucky, sometimes you got nothing.

The Open Doors Day in September will provide a chance to see over these offices and there will be a permanent public display in the Board Room with, when they get it up running, a database of Fairfield-built ships.
Some of our members have been involved.
