Sad News

Post by Brendabc » Tue Dec 12, 2017 5:32 pm

Got a xmas card today from Tom Carreyette today, who a lot of you will know through Clydeside and Foghorn and he let me know that our own Ruth Wynne known to many as Ruthie has joined Angus and Frances .

Got a bit of a shock when I read the news and thought I would let you who knew her know, she will be sadly missed by us all and wanted to share it with you.

As I am not a regular contributor to the web sites I was not sure where to post this.

I wish everyone well fir 2018 and are thinking of all the lovely people we got to meet through our love of shipping.

Thank you all so much.

Brenda

Sad news indeed Brenda. I remember her well from my days on Clydesite and she was a grand old lady.

Hoping that you are keeping well yourself. Have a great Xmas and a Happy New Year

Very sad news indeed; one of life's indomitable elderly ladies. Gone to meet her Tugman in that great peaceful ocean above. RIP Ruth.
