SERENISSIMA

Post by Allan » Sat May 20, 2017 9:13 pm

New visitor to the Clyde – Passenger vessel SERENISSIMA – appears to be a luxury cruise ship, accommodating no more than 100 passengers, with all the luxury mod cons.

Further info at https://www.noble-caledonia.co.uk/vesse ... renissima/

She appears to have made a short stop-over in the Holy Loch from approx. 0600hrs to 1100hrs today - currently just passing the Great Cumbrae on the port side and Kilchattan Bay on the starboard side, now en route (according to Marine Traffic) to Ghogha, India due there 21st May – don’t think so!

Hi Alan, she made a brief appearance last year berthed at Fairlie Pier.By sheer chance I spotted her passing Cloch and managed to chase her and pop a shot passing Toward. She went into Rothesay Bay as far as I could make out,nae youngster at 57 years old ,but nonetheless quite smart looking.

She is on her way to Oban where there is a changeover tomorrow, as she starts her eight night Hebridean Secrets cruise.
