The doyen of the class, 6000 KING GEORGE V at the Bulmer's Centre at Hereford in 1970. This was the fate we all resigned ourselves to then, watching them chuff slowly on a bit of private track. Little did we know then of the absolute revolution that was to take place with steam on the modern railway.
