The first photo is back to front - it shows BOWSTREAM at the aggregate berth with BURCOM SAND ahead of her nearer Drypool bridge. The barges in the third photo are roughly where the ARCTIC CORSAIR is now moored.

As George has said, now just an empty river. :(

"Sea Profiler" towed dead ship from William Wright dock this evening, bound for Barrow Haven but suspect this should have been New Holland for scrapping.

Hi David - fotopic went into liquidation earlier this year - all sites hosted are now no longer available. There was a rumour that they might re-appear but it looks doubtful now.

"Saline" arrived under own power, "Tokai" still under conversion, "Sea Profiler" stripped of seismic gear and being used as accomodation until "Tokai" completed and will then be scrapped.

AIS for "Rowangarth" shows destination TYNE...

Seen alongside "Jumbo Spirit" at Damen's yard in Eemhaven Rotterdam on 17/03/11. There was another tug onboard the "Jumbo Spirit" but no indication as to wether they were being loaded or discharged.

Nice spot, we was only by the old custom house on Sunday morning and JWD and I commented a marina was needed. mind you, we'd need pontoon moorings for our 45' cruiser please. 8-)
