I think taken around 1991/2 at Port Penrhyn having her bottom scaped. I think at that time she had been sold.

Query:

The 'no frills' Humber Tugs that was set up, did they use existing staff to crew the vessels and when the venture was absorbed back into Svitzers were any staff that had been taken on absorbed back into the organisation?

Also is it true that there was a female skipper with Humber Tugs?

Two old British tugs still going strong.

I don't know who the inside one is but it is cetainly a JP Knight boat, however the outside tug is the dear old Willaim Lamey, Wapping in ATC days and evidently with some major rebuilding work done to the stacks etc.
