Sir, with respect, do you have trouble in general with the English language, or is it simple comprehension? The headline for your #19 posting of the (6/2014) Damen press release reads “ Damen, MTU and Svitzer will launch the world’s first RSD CNG tug in 2016 ". I don’t know what parallel universe yo...
My error was naming Sinke, when I meant van Damme which I have corrected. And, as previously stated, it has the usual Caterpillar machinery of a standard Damen ATD2412 twin-fin tractor, plus Fi-Fi 1 qualification.
If you copied the supposed details from Piet van Damme, as you usually do, he’s wrong too. The tug is Fi-Fi 1, with the starboard side funnel uptakes of similar size - the second is for the fire pump, whereas the port side has the usual one/large, one/small pipe exhausts.
You persist in erroneously nominating most Z-drives as Z-PELLER, which is a registered Niigata trademark. This vessel has Schottel SRP 1215 directional propellers & nozzles, which are NOT Z-Pellers.

NB : Svitzer has nothing to do with the firm Bowen Tug & Barge Pty Ltd. The Svitzer associate is Bowen Towage Services Pty Ltd, who owned and operated the tugs GLOUCESTER and DENISON with a mining company between 1983-2013. Svitzer acquired the tug (OTTO ASSMAN exRODDS BAY, registered Sydney NSW) in...
Never at any time owned by Adsteam and/or Svitzer - it was an Adsteam charter, Singapore flag and owned by Chuan Hup, working off Barrow Island circa 2004 on exploratory coring for the Gorgon project.
This is a 18.6m multicat type dredge tender, said to be built in 1974 by Damen. It was imported into NW-Australia by either Van Oord or Jan de Nul, I'd suggest, and is now owned by Bhagwan Marine of Karratha WA.
